Do we have to start with a discovery engagement?
No. Strategy & Discovery is a common first step, but you can start with any of our six ways to engage, from an architecture assessment to corporate training. Scope, deliverables, timeline and level of support are agreed at the start of every engagement.
Are you just an AI consultancy?
No. AI & Automation is one of four connected services, alongside Strategy & Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation and Training & Capability. We use AI where it beats simpler options. If a problem does not need AI, we recommend process redesign or conventional automation instead.
Who will lead our engagement?
